The Listing: It's As Easy As A-B-C
DVD Disc Listing Packet Template Instructions		  
The Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) booklet that Rick uses for his listing presentations is produced for each homeowner using the Listing Packet template file. This Microsoft® Office Excel file is included on the DVD training disc and can be copied to your computer.

Many computers will automatically play the training video when the disc is inserted, instead of producing a file listing of the disc.

Access the template file via File Explorer

Copy the Listing Packet Template file to your computer

  1. Close any DVD Player software applications
     

  2. Right-click your mouse while pointing your cursor on the Windows Start button.
     

  3. Select the 'Explore' item on the menu that pops up.
     

  4. An Explorer window will open. Look for your DVD Drive entry located under 'My Computer'
     

  5. Select the appropriate DVD drive letter to see the disc file listing in the right window pane
     

  6. Select the 'Listing_Packet.xls' file and drag it your desktop or other appropriate file location.

Note: This DVD may not play correctly on a small number of set-top DVD players due to the inclusion of the Listing Packet spreadsheet file. If your set-top DVD player produces errors view the training video on any computer that has a DVD disc drive. Extensive testing has shown compatibility with DVD players across multiple platforms and using many different viewing applications.
